CakePHP used for Malaysia Government Groupware

Cakephp is used to develop a Meeting Arrangement Tool for Malaysia Government Agencies. At the demo link, it is not accessible. I am assuming there are bugs with the login for the system. Since there is no error message to inform user of incorrect user name or password.

It is wonderful that CakePHP is being selected for a web application that government agencies are using. I can’t assess the importanceness of this web application because everything is in Malay which I can’t understand.
